Biography
Gideon’s research focuses on plant pathology and sustainable crop protection, with a particular emphasis on exploring biological and technological approaches to managing plant diseases. His work has examined the use of microbial agents such as Bacillus subtilis in controlling storage rot of seed yams, as well as exploring the dangers associated with the consumption of aflatoxin-contaminated crops and food products sold in Ghana’s major markets and how to mitigate this challenge using Aflasafe GH01 and GHO2, to promote eco-friendly farming systems.
