Saskia Birch

Biography

I am originally from Dundee, Scotland, and received my undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences at the University of Edinburgh. I travelled down from the hills of Scotland to do a PhD in the lab of Dr Jeongmin Choi. My project examines how regulation of phosphate homeostasis in rice impacts the level of root colonisation by Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi.
